After 20 years searching for the one perfect ownership strategy that would work for everyone, Jay realized two things. There is no perfect ownership for everyone, and he now had the knowledge and experience required to help buyers explore all their ownership options, to find the perfect fit.
In 2023 Jay founded Keychain Solutions, to give vacation home buyers unbiased and honest guidance on choosing the right ownership for them.
