Your Personal Guide to Co-Ownership

Jay LeDuc began his real estate career in 2006 at the Private Residence Club at Mayacama Golf Club, in Northern California's Wine Country.

Since then Jay has accumulated a wide range of real estate experience including luxury real estate sales with brands like Four Seasons Private Residences, private vacation home exchange, co-ownership private residence clubs, and private club management as a PGA Golf Professional. 

In 2023, Jay established Keychain Solutions with the goal of assisting buyers in finding their ideal vacation homes within the fulfilling yet sometimes challenging realm of co-ownership.

Jay is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Tennessee where he lives with his wife, son, and dog named Butterbean.
