Jay LeDuc began his search for the perfect real estate ownership in 2006 at the Private Residence Club at Mayacama Golf Club, in his home state of California.
During this journey, Jay accumulated a wide range of real estate experience including luxury real estate sales with brands like Four Seasons Private Residences, private second home exchange, co-ownership private residence clubs, and private club management as a PGA Golf Professional.
18 years after stating his search for the perfect vacation home ownership, Jay had the realization the one master key to unlocking ownership never actually existed. What second home buyers needed was not one master key but a Keychain of solutions to match their unique vacation home desires.
In 2023, Keychain Solutions was founded with the mission to help connect buyers with vacation home ownership that gives them back control of their money, their time, and their future.
Jay is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Tennessee where he lives with his wife, son, and dog Butterbean.
