Jay LeDuc began his real estate career in 2006 at the Private Residence Club at Mayacama Golf Club, in Northern California's Wine Country.
Since then Jay has worked with brands like Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, and more across the industries of luxury private residences, private vacation home exchange, vacation home partnerships, co-ownership, private residence clubs, and private club management as a PGA Golf Professional.
After 20 years of succeeding (and failing) to help thousands of second home buyers achieve their ownership goals, Jay became fascinated with the practicality of equity co-ownership. In 2023 that fascination became a full on obsession when he created Keychain Solutions with the mission of empowering more people to reach their ownership goals through co-ownership.
Jay is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Tennessee where he lives with his wife, son, and dog named Butterbean.
